Extract collects raw information from your connected sources (Drive, transcripts, notes). Compile turns that raw information into polished pages for you to approve before they go live. Clean checks existing pages for quality issues you should address. Scout looks at your processes and suggests improvements worth considering.

Weight guidance
Weight determines extraction richness. Higher weight = more detailed records extracted from the source. Lower weight = only critical facts captured.
80-100: Extract everything: facts, decisions, preferences, metrics, process steps, action items. Use for primary knowledge sources.
50-79: Extract key insights: facts, decisions, and metrics. Skip minor details and context. Good for secondary sources.
20-49: Extract only high-signal facts and decisions. Minimal extraction. Use for noisy or low-priority sources.
0-19: Source is effectively muted. Existing records stay but no new extraction occurs.
